Hello! Welcome to the home of the Fairybank Tamworths.

Our smallholding is split between Cold Blow, near Narberth and Clynderwen

in Pembrokeshire.

 

We have birth notified weaners for sale throughout the year and porkers to supply succulent rare breed pork . We also have registered breeding stock for sale.

 

Our boars are available for stud purposes and we welcome visiting sows.

We have three senior pedigree Tamworth boars - Fairybank Golden Ranger (Pumpkin) 

and Fairybank Golden Ball  5 (Caleb)) and  Courtbleddyn Dreamboy 18K. We also have two young boars, a Dreamboy and a Golden Ranger.

We have three home bred Melody sows - Fairybank Melody 63, 64 and 65.These  sows have been bred from prizewinning stock.

  

We have two rare Roseleaf sows .Fairybank Roseleaf 12 (Millie) and Fairybank Roseleaf 16

( Rosie).

We also have 4 rare Rita sows. We bought  Kerribella Rita 4  and we now have her daughters  Fairybank Rita 2  and 4 and her grand-daughter Fairybank Rita 6. Ritas are one of the rare bloodlines.

 

We first opened for business in 2008 and have been selling our weaners when available.

We first started keeping pigs to produce our own meat.

But we also fell in love with them and try to keep our pigs in as natural an environment as possible.

They are free to range and enjoy grazing (and digging) during the Summer months. We do bring them in during the Winter and to farrow .

Tamworths are on the RBST watchlist as numbers are dropping and we are passionate about conserving these wonderful intelligent animals.
